NOYOYO is not like other weight loss programs. Typical weight loss programs focus on restrictive diet plans and calorie counting to lose weight, and do not teach you how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Restrictive dieting leads to yo-yo dieting, a dangerous cycle where one chooses a fad diet and loses weight quickly but makes no sustainable behavior change. If no sustainable changes are made, people return to their old lifestyle and regain weight.
NOYOYO is unlike other weight loss companies. We avoid restrictive dieting for weight loss so you don't find yourself at a weight plateau, frustrated, and more susceptible to regaining weight than before you started. NOYOYO uses natural, realistic, personalized, sustainable methods that aim to improve your health and, in turn, you'll lose weight and keep it off. So, let’s not call NOYOYO a weight loss program; let’s call it a nutritional wellness program. As you improve your nutritional health, your body will shed excess stored energy and toxins, resulting in weight loss and energy increase.
You might have years of less-than-ideal habits you want to change. That's why with NOYOYO, we approach your program in a step-by-step fashion so that you don’t get overwhelmed and want to give up. We start by setting small goals, and make changes weekly to ensure your program is always personalized to what you need. You will eat a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables and practice clean eating. Keeping a mindful food journal will help us address any behaviors you would like to change. Teaching the science behind the methods we use ensures you understand why your behaviors are important to improving your health.
How long will it take? It depends on many factors. Everyone has different exposures, behaviors, and different goals. It took years to get where you are today, and it will take some time to reverse the damage. However, you can take the first and most significant step to heal and improve your health by committing to your well-being and signing up today. Now it’s time to listen to your body, be in tune with what it wants and needs, and provide it the nutrition it needs to heal and thrive!
